SPCA employee Nikki Mihalick with Munchkin an eight-week old hound and husky cross are inviting people to come out to the annual Celebrate Puppy Love, Sunday from 1-4 p.m. at See Ya Later Ranch Winery in Okanagan Falls. Proceeds from the event will go to the South Okanagan branch of the shelter.
