A dozen youth from the Penticton Indian Band got a tour of the local RCMP detachment this week, as part of the PIB Sun Fun summer camp.
Children got a tour of the inside of the detachment, including the cells, and a number of police cars, led by First Nations Cst. Mike Rampone.
Kids also got to meet Tig the police dog, handled by Cst. Mike Bobinski, and got a lesson on the police dog services, its uses and its abilities.
