Police, firefighters and paramedics attended a three-vehicle collision in Summerland on Friday shortly after 1 p.m.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Highway 97 and Prairie Valley Road. Southbound traffic was blocked at the intersection.
The jaws of life were used to pry open the doors of one of the vehicles in the accident.
