Gursimart Chahal holds her unnamed baby daughter with husband Baljinder and son Arshdeep at Penticton Regional Hospital, Wednesday. The baby was the Okanagan's first of the New Year, weighing in at just over seven pounds. She arrived into the world at 2:57 p.m. Tuesday.
