RCMP looking for stolen goods in Summerland

Summerland RCMP are asking for assistance regarding a break-in at the Shell Gas Station.

In the early morning hours of April 22 someone forcefully gained entry into the gas station, located at 9507 Main St.

Cpl. Bruce Haley said an ATM machine was emptied of the cash, as well various brands of cigarettes and lottery tickets were taken.

Mounties said a suspect was noted to be wearing a black Nike hoodie, blue jeans and grey work boots or runners with yellow soles. Investigation into the incident is continuing. RCMP are asking anyone who has information about the theft to call the Summerland detachment at 250-494-7416 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
