Penticton firefighters mop up after a grass fire that broke out late Thursday afternoon near Wiltse Elementary. Crews were called to the scene at 5:30 p.m. and were able to extinguish the 1.5 acre fire before any of the homes at the top of the slope were damaged. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
