Victoria's Rowan Crocker wasn't about to let a little rain spoil his holiday on the beach Thursday afternoon during a damp family outing on Okanagan Lake. Environment Canada was calling for a chance of thunderstorms Friday, rain Saturday and a mix of sun and clouds Sunday.
