The preservation in Southern Interior Grasslands and the species that depend upon it need to be a priority for the province.
While much hard work has been done through active involvement of the local community, especially users of areas up top. Efforts will need to re-double to assure preservation and protection of the delicate grasslands ecosystem.
Whether it happens through First Nations, the province, Parks Canada or a blend of these, any rules at law need to be fully enforced and seen to by wardens, rangers, conservation officers and by caring public wilderness watch groups.
