One person is in hospital following a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Skaha Lake Road and Kinney Avenue, in Penticton.
According to witnesses, a blue Toyota car was hit by another vehicle causing the Toyota to careen over the centre median and under a chain-link fence of the nearby Salvation Army Thrift Shop.
The Toyota came to rest in the parking lot of the thrift shop.
Emergency crews arrived on scene just before 6 p.m.
