A very popular Christmas Craft Fair is celebrating its 20th anniversary on Nov. 5.

“This is a perfect opportunity to shop ethically for Christmas,” said organizer Laurel Burnham. “You will be supporting many of your own community members.”

Over 160 vendors will be converging on the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre on Saturday and Sunday for The Okanagan Makers Christmas Craft Fair and Sustainable Living Show, offering a huge range of products from fine jewellery, stained glass and woodwork, baking and a wide selection of Christmas Crafts. There will be seasonal baking, cheese, and other great edibles. The majority of the food products come from the hands of talented Okanagan producers.

There will be free parking, live music, and a guest appearance from the man of the season, Santa Claus. A number of community-based non profits will also be participating and be recipients of financial support The Okanagan Makers Christmas Craft Fair and Sustainable Living Show will take place on Nov. 5 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Nov. 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Entry is $4 at the door, and kids under 12 are free.

Our event is proud to showcase local talent from all over the Okanagan valley and the BC interior. Pick up something special for your family, and make your own unique treasure to bring home! Door proceeds go to support local community initiatives; OK Makers is proud to have supported many groups throughout our twenty years.

Bring the kids, bring the parents, come on down to the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre to find all your holiday gifts, and much, much more! Mark your calendars now to not miss out on the Southern Okanagan’s largest – and longest running – Christmas show!
