ITU long course triathlon road closures

Streets that will have restricted access in Penticton for the ITU long course triathlon

The Penticton ITU Multisport World Championships Festival would like to advise residents and travellers of temporary road closures and traffic measures to accommodate the festival events until Aug. 27.

Above is a list of closures to expect for Sunday, Aug. 27 when the long course triathlon will take place.

Lakeshore Drive from Main Street to Martin Street will also be closed all day.

Access to/from and across Government Street/South Main in Penticton will be restricted with the following exceptions:

Eckhardt Avenue (controlled by flaggers)

Duncan Avenue (controlled by flaggers)

Carmi Avenue (controlled by flaggers)

Industrial Avenue (controlled by flaggers)

Warren Avenue (controlled by flaggers)

Green Avenue (controlled by flaggers)
