A four-year-old child received only minor injuries after the stroller it was riding in was struck by a vehicle Sept. 14 at about 8:47 a.m.

Cpl. Don Wrigglesworth of Penticton RCMP said a green Subaru was making a left turn from Atkinson Street onto Industrial Ave. East when it struck the stroller being pushed by the child’s mother.

“The driver was charged for making an improper turn at an intersection,” said Wrigglesworth.
