A potential COVID-19 exposure has been reported at Summerland Middle School.
According to Interior Health’s website, the dates of the potential exposure are Nov. 15-18.
The exposures are reported when a student or school staff member tests positive for COVID-19.
After 14 days of the exposure date, schools are removed from Interior Health’s list.
Exposure notifications are posted when a student or staff member attended school while infectious, hence the possible risk for a COVID-19 exposure.
There were no reported potential exposures in Okanagan Similkameen school district #53 for the week of Nov. 22-26.
