Starting Sept. 5, it will be easier for bus riders in Penticton to get around on Sundays thanks to improved service on route 5 Main Street.
The South Okanagan-Similkameen Transit System is adding four hours of service to Penticton’s route 5 Main Street on Sundays. This will supplement the existing Sunday service provided by route 16 Lake to Lake. Between both routes, transit users will enjoy 30-minute service along the Main Street corridor between noon and 4 p.m.
