A two vehicle collision has slowed traffic on highway 97 in Penticton.
The crash occurred just before 3:30 p.m., Friday, in front of Lakeside Inn and Suites in the eastbound lanes of Highway 97.
Both vehicles were damaged in the incident and will have to be towed from the scene. The occupants of the vehicles were assessed by BC Ambulance but no serious injuries are believed to have occurred based on initial reports.
Traffic is backed up in both directions along Highway 97.
