In accordance with the Local Government Act (section 391 (1) , and Rural Tax Act (section 15(1)(p) Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen Proposed Bylaw 3036, 2023 includes the following properties, which will receive exemptions from Property Taxes for 2024.
The “Estimated Value of Property Tax Exemption” is the amount of taxes that would be imposed on each property if they were not exempt. The value of the exemption has been calculated using 2023 Property Tax rates.
