December 12, 1927 March 14, 2017

In his 90th year, Armand passed away peacefully in Penticton, British Columbia. He is survived by his devoted wife of 61 years, Denise. Armand was always the centre of attention in the Mansiere clan. He will be greatly missed by his children Michelle (Larry) Naron of Temecula CA, Lenore (M’Barack) Ramdani of Vancouver, BC, Dan (Steve) Mansiere of Ventura CA, Gerald (Sharon) Mansiere of Summerland BC, and Lise (John) Fleming of Vancouver. He is also survived by his much loved grandchildren: Fuad, Saphia, Magdi, Zak, Sam, Danielle, Leia, Grant, James, Jacqueline, Monique, and Julia. Armand’s pride and joy was his family. He was happiest when surrounded by his kids, his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren. Armand was born on a farm in Meskanaw, Saskatchewan and was the last surviving member of that family; and came to Penticton in 1965 to raise his own family. His smile, chuckle and sense of humour will be greatly missed. He will always be remembered as being a very kind, gentle soul and welcoming to everyone he met. The family looks forward to celebrating his life April 21st, 2017 at 11am at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Penticton, B.C. with lunch to follow in the church hall. The family would prefer no flowers and that you donate to the charity of your choice. A special thanks goes out to the amazing staff at Westview Place.
