Betty died peacefully following a short battle with cancer at Moog & Friends Hospice November 15, 2016. She is survived by her children, Brett (Dinah) and Kim (Tammy); grandchildren, Sean, Kaileah, Ryan, Tyla, Kyle, Dylan, Stefan, Lyndsay, Chris and Rob; adopted daughter, Evelyn and her children, Bailey and Mitchell. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Warren; sons, Dane and Sean as well as her furry companion, Spencer. A reception to celebrate Betty’s life will take place at Everden Rust Funeral Services, 1130 Carmi Ave., Penticton, Saturday, November 19 – 2:00 p.m. The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses and staff of Moog & Friends Hospice for their compassionate care and a big thank you also to palliative community nurse, Kerri.
