After a valiant effort with cancer, passed away on May 9, 2016 at the age of 62 years. Remembered and sadly missed by his Dad Ralph Williams; son Tad Black of Grande Prairie; 5 grandchildren; siblings: Dave (Patty) of Hedley, Colleen of Princeton, Ron (Leanne) of Penticton. Sadly predeceased by his mother Lois Williams and daughter Kristie Lewine Black. Hal, better known as Haly was a very talented artisan. Well known for his horsehair hitching, braiding and silversmithing. He enjoyed living the Similkameen area, where he was self-employed and enjoyed the outdoors. Fishing with his children was a favourite pastime. He will be missed dearly by all who loved and cared for him. Private family service to be held.
