On Saturday, July 30th, 2016, James Richard Wiltse, born April 18th, 1946, passed away peacefully at Penticton Regional Hospital surrounded by his family. Jim was born in Penticton and lived here for most of his 70 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Janet Wiltse (nee Bayes), his five children Alfred, Cam (Janet), Bill (Darcie), Angela (Mark), and Teresa, his 8 grandchildren Tayler, Piper, Mateja, Tamsin, Cormac, Brianna, Brittany and Justin and his siblings Bob, Don and Evelyn as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Jim started working at Super Value in the plaza as a teenager and went on to own it until the late 90’s. He will be remembered for his generosity, kind spirit and sense of humour. He had a smile and a helping hand for everyone he met and an unwavering dedication to family.

There will be a memorial held for Jim at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on August 13th, 2016 from 1-3.
