McALEESE

WILLIAM NATHAN (Billy)

William Nathan McAleese (Billy), age 34, died suddenly in a motor vehicle accident early on Sunday April 23/17. Billy was born in Penticton on December 1/82 to loving parents Bill and Ann (Davies) McAleese. Billy attended PenHi, and was known for being able to ace a math test even if he never attended class. He had a beautiful smile, an infectious laugh, a strong work ethic, a defiance for authority, was the rock in his family and friend groups, and was incredibly loyal and respectful to the ones he loved. Right up to the end he played life by his own rules, and he will be sadly missed. The eldest of three, Billy is survived most closely by his loving parents, adoring sisters Vanessa and Jennifer (Kevin), grandmothers Phyllis Davies and Betty McAleese, and nephew Riley. He was predeceased by grandfathers “Bob” Davies and William McAleese. Billy will also be survived by aunt Sylvia Kellett and cousins Sarah and Stephanie, aunts and uncles Mary Anne (Bob) Kormos, Liz and (Chuck) Mahoney, Jane (Peter) Timbrell, Patricia (Brian) Storosko, John (Roberta) McAleese, Sheila (Gerry) McLaughlin and Ellen Kordyban. He also had numerous other cousins, family, and friends who loved him dearly. A memorial service will be held Saturday May 6/17 at 1:00 p.m. at the 1912 in (100 Alder Street) Kaleden. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

Your memory will be cherished forever.
