Your editorial on Kavanaugh’s appointment shows a Democrat-leaning known as partisan.
What you are sadly missing is what if he is innocent? The Democrats care less if he is innocent or guilty, they always do their best to discredit any candidate the Republicans favour.
Your editorial smacks of a female response. There have been several investigations by the FBI and found no evidence so tried to avoid another wasteful one but caved into the Democrats. There was nothing to investigate!
As for Dr. Ford, her lackluster testimony was pathetic, as she could remember nothing except the alleged attack. People who were in attendance say Kavanaugh wasn’t even there. As for his angry outbursts, the goal was to discredit him and his exemplary reputation. This sham likely would have occurred with any candidate the Republicans favoured. Most people would have seen through this travesty of justice in a heartbeat.
Remember the Republicans won in a landslide and have done far more for the country than Obama’s last two terms, just look at the stock market and economy. If I was you, I would be very careful in taking sides in their country. It’s none of our business, as we have our own problems with the federal, provincial and municipal governments.
Remember under the law in both countries, an individual is presumed innocent until proved guilty.
