Canada plays its first game against Hungary at 5:30 p.m. local time on  Dec. 29 in Vierumäki, and will also take on Finland and Germany in the preliminary round. The gold medal game is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. local time Jan. 5 in Heinola.

"We are extremely proud of the efforts put forth by Hannah, Alexa and Emily in their accomplishments,” said coach Rebecca Russell. “The girls always bring their best and will be rewarded with a chance to showcase their abilities on the world stage. I am excited to help coach and guide them, when we are in Finland.”
