Ethos Parkour now open to the public

Their goal is to create a culture of movement which will become their “ethos,” or mantra.

Ethos Parkour and Movement Inc. is now open in Penticton.

The movement gym, located at 647 Okanagan Ave. East, is now filled with structure and mats for people of all ages to enjoy.

Owners Michael and Heather Kleyn describe Parkour, the sport of movement, as an alternative sports opportunity for those who don’t necessarily identify with traditional sports.

Their goal is to create a culture of movement which will become their “ethos,” or mantra.

Last month, council unanimously approved a three-year temporary use permit for Ethos Parkour and Movement Inc. to set up in Penticton’s industrial district.
