If you’re looking to restock your liquor cabinet this weekend, JAK’s Beer Wine and Spirits is donating a portion of their sales on Saturday.

The liquor store is donating 10 per cent of all sales to local food banks in the third year of their JAK’s Gives Back fundraiser.

During the first year of JAK’s Gives Back, $20,107 was donated to food banks in communities served by JAK’s.

In 2020, during the pandemic where food banks saw a significant increase in usage, JAK’s customers supported food banks in need with a $25,137 donation.
