Work Zone is hosting a hospitality and retail job fair for those looking for upcoming job opportunities.
On April 14 at 10 a.m. Penticton Work Zone is inviting people to drop in to market employment opportunities to different hospitality and retail businesses who are looking for employees.
Adrienne McLaughlin, client care and community services co-ordinator at Work Zone, said some of the employers attending include Hillside Estate Winery, Ovations Catering and Winners.
Work Zone suggest the four things people should do to prepare for the job fair are find out what employers are attending and research the companies, target a cover letter and resume, sharpen interview skills and techniques and book an appointment with an employment specialist at Work Zone.
