Best of the South Okanagan 2018

The Western News readers voted for their favourites in dozens of categories for the 13th annual Best of the South Okanagan awards.

Finalists in each ‘Best of’ category were invited to the June 14 special reception at the Days Inn Penticton’s Riverside Conference Centre where they were recognized.

“It was so nice to see so many businesses come out to the awards. We thank all the readers for taking the time to fill out the ballots over a six week period to show their support for their favourite businesses,” said Harpeet Sidhu, senior marketing consultant at the Penticton Western News. “I think the results show the diversity and the strength of our business community.”

There were 59 categories that Western News readers voted on.

“It was an outstanding turnout by the finalists and we congratulate all businesses that were nominated for the Best of the South Okanagan awards,” said Liza Simpson, senior marketing consultant at the Western News.
