This past “Friday the Thirteenth” members of the Upper Deck Vees present a large cheque to the South Okanagan Children’s Charity from their annual Haunted House attraction, “Dr. Franks Insanitorium”. $1637.91, originally slated for the Upper Deck Vees Hockey program, but the group decided to donate it to the South Okanagan Children’s Charity instead. The cheque was presented at Discovery Park at Skaha Lake, one of the charity’s many local community partnership-projects.
