Hillside rises to support SPCA

Hillside Winery and Bistro recently presented the South Okanagan Similkameen branch of the SPCA with a cheque for nearly $6,000 bringing the total donation in the last three years to about $15,000. The money comes from the proceeds from the tasting room.

"We are very pleased to be a part of the continuing success story of our local SPCA branch which has a big job to do," said Hillside president Duncan McCowan. "It covers the biggest geographical area of any BC SPCA branch and hopefully our donation makes a difference for it. We appreciate and respect their work."
