Today is the last day of the Penticton Farmer’s Market for 2020.
Due to COVID-19, there won’t be an indoor winter market this year, which makes the Oct. 31 market the last.
It was clear that the year had been rough on the market, with many empty positions on a street where vendors usually fight for space.
There were still plenty of shoppers out early, braving the cool shade in the morning to pick up the last pick of late harvests or some early Christmas gifts.
The market runs until 1 p.m. today.
