A meeting about Osoyoos Lake’s water levels and operations of the Zosel Dam will be held Thursday evening, Oct. 14.

The meeting is open to the public and being organized by the International Osoyoos Lake Board of Control which usually alternates each year between Osoyoos and Oroville, Washington.

This year, the meeting was scheduled to take place in Oroville but will instead be held virtually due to restrictions on travel across the land border.

The meeting will cover the state and regulation of the lake’s water levels, and the operations of the Zosel Dam by the State of Washington.

The public is also invited to provide questions and comments regarding the lake level’s management and the activities of the board.

The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m., and registration can be done online.
