There were plenty of apples of all varieties to go around at this week's Apple Day festivities at The Grist Mill and Gardens in Keremeos. In addition to the apple races in the creek for kids, there was an apple pie baking contest, and outdoor theatre production by the Heritage Players and tours and demonstrations in the mill itself.
