Summerland exhibit shows works by 10 artists

Works from 10 Summerland artists are on display at the Summerland Arts Centre until early August.

The exhibit, Imagine, opened June 24 and continues until Aug. 7 at the temporary location of the centre, in the lower level of the Summerland Municipal Hall building, 13211 Henry Ave.

The artists are Dianne Hildebrand, Maureen King, Lyn Kristoff, Patsy Kyle, Greta Loeppky, Thelda McIlwaine, Cathy Milsted, Marilyn Piket, Raymond Syrja and Lois Yeast. All are members of the Summerland Arts Club.

The show can be seen in person Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. COVID-19 safety protocols are in place. A virtual exhibit, with biographical information about each artist, can be seen online at summerlandarts.com/pages/imagine.

The permanent location of the arts centre, on Wharton Street, is closed at present because of renovation work at the building.
