The Penticton Hospital Auxiliary invites everyone to Take an Old Bag to Tea.
The fashion show fundraiser will be held June 14 at the Penticton Lakeside Resort from 1 to 4 p.m. Early bird tickets are $20 if purchased by May 15 (with an early bird draw for a gift basket). After May 15 tickets are $25.
The event includes a fashion show, silent auction, entertainment by the Grace Ensemble and more. Models will feature the latest fashions from Mi Amor Clothing Boutique, Three Wishes Clothing Boutique and Peaches Lingerie. All proceeds to the South Okanagan Similkameen Medical Foundation for its Patient Care Tower campaign at Penticton Regional Hospital.
Those attending are invited to wear your best hat and bring along your old (hand) bag to the event. There will even be a tea bag tossing contest, sponsored by Teas and Weaves.
