Winter, what winter? This paddleboarder was seen grooving away to some French music blaring away on a speaker attached to his board on Okanagan Lake in Penticton this week.

The paddleboarder was wearing a wetsuit but all signs point to spring this month with sunny, blue sky days and temperatures all week into the double digits.

Other signs of spring are showing up all over Penticton too. Places like The Patio on Lakeshore Drive are starting to hire their summer team and other the Tacos del Norte stand just opened back up for the season bringing you Taco Tuesdays.

Naramata Inn just opened full-time for the restaurant and guests. They are even offering a brunch menu now.

Daylight Saving Time goes into effect Sunday, March 14 and students in SD67 start their two week spring break.

Signs of spring are everywhere.
