Landmark Cinemas in Penticton will be offering a novel way of getting the full theatre experience.

On Nov. 28, from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m., and Dec. 1 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., the theatre will be offering take-out for their concession stand.

Popcorn, drinks, candy, cotton candy and ice cream will all be up for sale, as well as their Pillow Pets such as Olaf from Frozen or Spongebob.

Curl up with your family in your own safe bubble, turn on some classic films, and enjoy your popcorn. There won’t be any refills though.

With the additional provincially mandated health restrictions that came into effect on Nov. 17, the theatre was forced to close down for the second time this year.

A number of blockbuster films that had been slated for the year will be releasing on digital streaming sites, such as Wonder Woman 1984 and Black Widow.

The theatre announced the sale on their social media page on Nov. 26.
