Keremeos’ new mayor Jason Wiebe is hosting a Halloween fireworks show at 7 p.m. tonight, Oct. 31.

The fireworks will go off on the town hill but will be able to be seen throughout town.

Hixzee’s Gourmet Street Food is partnering with Elim Tabernacle and Buy Low Foods to bring free hot dogs to the kiddos and free coffee for the adults.

They will be set up tonight at 312 9th Street in Keremeos from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

“Thanks so much Jason Wiebe for inviting us to be a part of this community event. We love our community and love the opportunity to give back,” said Hixzee’s Gourmet Street Food on Facebook.

There’s also lots of great houses that have gone all out for Halloween.

A house on 11th Ave. near 8th is one not to be missed.

Also a unique photo opportunity is to head to 2115 Ritchie Drive where a restored camper and classic car are all lit up with some skeletons joining the fun.
