Just a quick follow-up comment to the column by Kevin Styba-Nelson, Taking out the trash (not literally), in the April 12 edition of the Penticton Western News.

He has (in my honest opinion) some very good points given his age versus mine (62).

The point I would like to refer to in particular is his thoughts about “the mind is delicate—it can only handle so much at one time.” This, in my sales career, has been a learned concept. The more I overload a customer the more they don’t receive and hence, do not come back. The less I convey, the more they ask which means they are ready to receive, retain and are likely to come back for more. Think about it.

Thanks for sharing a unique concept, Kevin.
