Elvis tribute artist on a winning streak

Penticton's Adam Fitzpatrick wins another Elvis Presley tribute artist competition in back-to-back weeks.

Penticton’s Adam Fitzpatrick is on a winning streak.

It was just over a week ago the Elvis Presley tribute artist took top spot in the third annual Europe’s Tribute to Elvis in Blackpool, England. This earns him a berth to the Ultimate Elvis Competition, Aug. 11 to 17, in Elvis’s hometown of Memphis.

After earning his berth back in to the Ultimate Elvis Competition, Fitzpatrick was crowned first place in the Las Vegas Elvis tribute artist competition on July 20. He will also be competing at the Collingwood Elvis Festival in Ontario, July 23 to 27.

Last year Fitzpatrick won first in the professional category at the Penticton Pacific Northwest Elvis Festival and carried on that momentum to second place overall at the Ultimate.
