Movie Review: ‘Her’ starring Joaquin Phoenix, the voice of Scarlett Johansson

In Spike Jonze's critically acclaimed Oscar-nominated film, Phoenix plays a lonely man who falls in love with his sultry smartphone...



Her – the last to be released of this past season’s Oscar nominees for Best Picture.

It stars Phoenix as a lonely man who falls in love with his smartphone’s Operating System, a woman’s voice provided by Scarlett Johansson.

Writer/director Spike Jonze won a Golden Globe in 2014 for ‘Best Screenplay’.

Her comes out on DVD this week, a month after it was released on iTunes.
