Drivers can expect minor delays next week on Penticton's Reservoir Road due to ditching work, city officials say.

Anyone planning to travel on the road toward Campbell Mountain should anticipate delays for a few days starting on Monday, Dec. 9.

Crews will be conducting ditching work along the side of the narrow road to provide "a safe diversion for water runoff during rains and snowmelts," the city said.

The road will be down to single-lane alternating traffic during this time.

"Drivers are reminded to slow down and watch for crews and traffic control personnel," reads a news release.
