The Penticton Vees have sent forward Attila Lippai to the Trail Smoke Eaters in exchange for future considerations, the clubs announced Friday, July 26.
Lippai, 19, scored nine goals and amassed 18 points in 48 regular-season games with Penticton in the 2023-2024 season.
The St. Paul, MN product was a BCHL rookie last season, and went on to suit up in 17 playoff games with the Vees.
Lippai is committed to the University of St. Thomas for the 2025-2026 campaign.
"The Vees organization thanks Attila for his contributions to the team and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours with the Smoke Eaters," the club said in a statement.
