The Penticton RCMP and the Upper Dek Vees tied in their “No Love Lost” hockey rematch on Feb. 16.

The Upper Dek Vees are a local team of volunteers and special needs players. Half of the donations gathered at the game went to support the team.

With a buzzer-beating final goal by the Upper Dek Vees, the game ended in a 12-12 tie. Upon review, the goal was allowed to stand as it was deemed too close to call on whether the buzzer had gone off before or after the puck had crossed the line.

A total of $1,175 was raised at the game, with half supporting the Upper Dek Vees and half donated to the Penticton Alzheimer Society.
