Penticton Fire Rescue was called to the scene of another channel rescue Monday afternoon.
A call came in about 4:15 p.m. for rafters stranded on either side of the abutment of the Green Avenue bridge over the channel. On arrival, they found two people caught on the west side, hanging on to their floats. Crews recovered the pair with no serious injury.
