Those looking to get around Penticton at little to no cost are in luck this New Year’s Eve.
In partnership with the city of Penticton, BC Transit is offering a free shuttle service in the area on Saturday, Dec. 31.
In a news release on Wednesday, Dec. 28, the provincial group said that regular Sunday service is also be operating on New Year’s Day, Jan. 1, across the South Okanagan-Similkameen.
The region is just one of eight areas in B.C. to get special service this New Year’s Eve.
