Two vehicles will have to be towed from Duncan Avenue in Penticton following a collision just before 5 p.m.
The occupants of the vehicle did not appear to have serious injuries and refused to go to the hospital.
Both vehicles were leaking fluids and fire crews remain on scene clearing debris.
A detour around Duncan Street is available, which meant the commute could continue on.
