Collision blocks traffic at Penticton Parkway intersection

Emergency crews responded to an accident at Fairview Road and the Channel Parkway

First responders including police, fire and ambulance, were on the scene of a two-vehicle accident Monday morning about 6:30 a.m.

It’s not known if there were any serious injuries in the crash involving a small car and a pickup truck.

Both vehicles came to rest in the westbound lane of Fairview on the east side of the Parkway.

The car sustained damage to the front driver’s side and the truck to the passenger side door.

Crews blocked off the northbound slow lane of the Parkway while they attended to the accident.

Further details were not immediately available.
