The Naramata Community Refugee Support Initiative is holding its first information session in December on the project to aiming to bring Syrian refugees to Naramata.
The meeting will take place at the Naramata Centre Chapel on Dec. 8 at 7 p.m.
The board of the United Church recently voted to offer up the Naramata Centre as housing for up to four small refugee families relocating to Canada for four to six months.
The information session will answer questions and address any concerns from residents.
