We do have much potential when it comes to the adventure sports industry, which includes mountain biking. Because it makes use of the treasure that is our outlying areas, adventure sports tournaments can boost economic activity without congesting town. They are seeing a steady popularity increase, rather than decline, and they require little to none of our prime real estate, nor investment in expensive developments or complexes.
If we do want a complex for sports, I am in favour of working with PIB. Eco-tourism and agri-tourism are two other forms of tourism which are seeing a steep increase in popularity.
