Bryan Lamb will have to wait a little bit longer for a judge to decide whether he is guilty of being unlawfully in his mom’s house in Kaleden and breaching his release conditions.
Lamb’s trial wrapped up Tuesday in Penticton Provincial Court with the judge choosing to make her decision on another day after hearing testimony from Lamb’s mother and uncle.
Last week, Lamb, 52, was found guilty of randomly attacking two boys, age four and 10, at a Kaleden Park in August 2020.
Crown is suggesting two years in jail with 190 days credit for time served.
He’s next in court for that case for a pre-sentence report June 9.

In the testimony and lawyers’ submissions on Tuesday, it was learned that there was no damage or forced entry when Lamb entered his mom’s home without permission in September 2020. This took place one month after attacking the two boys. His mom wasn’t home at the time and hadn’t given him permission to be in her house. She called her brother to go check in on Lamb. Her brother showed up and asked his nephew to leave.
Eventually, Lamb and his associate left in a vehicle.
Lamb was later arrested outside Compass Court homeless shelter.
His trial for theft under $5,000 in Keremeos also wrapped up this week but hasn’t been decided.
Lamb is currently in custody. He is next in court May 3 to fix a date for a decision.
